Our Estate Clearing Service

We offer a discreet and respectful estate clearance service across the greater Auckland region. Our experienced team is ready and available to clear homes. We can also thoroughly clean the house and tidy the outside area to prepare the property for sale or rent.  All personal and specified items you want are kept safe for the family – this is done first. We sort, pack and organise the rest of the household contents to be sold or distributed to charity. All proceeds from the sale of items go straight to your account with us – we don’t take a commission. We provide the Power of Attorney / Executor with a detailed inventory and photographs of all goods sold, correspond with the PoA / Executor at every stage of the clearance process, and provide reports as required. Apart from items kept for the family, more than 80% of household content items can be sold, donated, reused or recycled, rather than be treated as refuse. Any rubbish is removed and discarded responsibly. With Senior Moving Company’s Home Sell Preparation Programme, we can also prepare the house for sale. We specialise in ‘staging’ homes for presentation to maximise returns in the current market.
